Since SATORE products are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. This is because we start making the product immediately after the order is placed.

Since SATORE products are made to order, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations of orders.
If the product is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for a good product or accept a refund.
In case of damage or defect:
- If there are scratches or stains that were not present in the uploaded image
- If your pendant is damaged or defective
If the item is not damaged or defective:
- If the image you uploaded is too low resolution and the engraved image is blurry
- If there are no visible scratches or stains
If your item is damaged, we will need to ask for photos or videos before we can issue an exchange or return. If you would like a refund, you will need to send the item back.
We want to deliver the best quality, so we recommend high-resolution photos, at least 1000x1000 pixels. If you have any concerns about the quality of your photos, feel free to contact us.
If you upload a low-resolution photo (less than 400x400 pixels), we will contact you to request a new photo. If we do not hear from you, we will process your order and start production with the photo you sent.
We are not responsible for blurry photos, so please refrain from using low resolution or overly zoomed photos as this may affect the quality of the photos within your custom jewelry.
After selecting the pendant color, press the "Choose Photo" button. From there, you can choose any photo you have on your smartphone or computer. Please choose an image with the highest possible resolution.
